Global Leo Leadathon Webinar 02: Cultivating Leadership Across Borders

Continuing its commitment to global youth leadership, the Leo Club of IIT, in collaboration with the Leo Club of Panvel (India) and international partners including the Leo Club of Kenya, hosted Global Leo Leadathon Webinar 02 as part of the Mind Fusion initiative. The webinar brought together Leos from multiple countries to discuss leadership, service, and youth empowerment.

 

The session featured distinguished speakers sharing insights on responsibility, decision-making, values, and challenges faced by modern youth leaders:

  • Leo Otseino Rodgers Mayweather – District President, Leo District 411A
  • Mr. Shehan Kumar – Past Multiple District President, Leo Multiple District 306, Sri Lanka & Maldives

Through interactive discussions and shared experiences, participants refined their leadership skills, embraced cross-cultural collaboration, and envisioned impactful service projects. The webinar strengthened international fellowship and highlighted the transformative power of youth leadership worldwide.
