Phase 01 of ස්නේහ Successfully Concluded
The Leo Club of IIT proudly carried out the first phase of ස්නේහ, a project dedicated to spreading love, care, and strength to mothers in need. With a heart full of compassion, our members reached out to the Primary Medical Care Unit, Dediyawala, to extend support to expecting mothers facing challenges.
As part of this initiative, we prepared and distributed supply bags containing essential necessities for five pregnant mothers. These packs were carefully curated to ease their daily struggles and provide comfort during a significant stage of their lives. Our goal was not only to offer material support but also to remind these mothers that they are valued and cared for.
This is just the beginning of ස්නේහ. With each step, we strive to nurture the gift of life and empower communities through kindness and service. The Leo Club of IIT remains committed to continuing this journey of compassion and making a meaningful impact.
